●Description

কয়েল কেবল সাধারণ তার থেকে আলাদা। সাধারণ তারের সোজা, কুণ্ডলী তারের হয় সর্পিল কুণ্ডলীযুক্ত কোঁকড়া তার। এটি ঘুরতে হবে এবং উচ্চ তাপমাত্রা উত্পাদন পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে হতে হবে, তারপরে কুণ্ডলীকৃত সর্পিল তারে পরিণত হবে।

●What is the difference for material between coil cable and common cable?

1. Common cable choose usual PVC or PE insulation, PVC sheath jacket or rubber jacket. It is not necessary to pass high temperature producing process.

2. Coil cable chooses ROHS PVC or PE or PP insulation, the jacket is usually PUR or special PVC. It can resist high temperatures such as 105 degree .

●Coil cable Structure:

1. Conductor: stranded copper wires, OFC, 99.990 percent copper

2. Insulation: PVC, or PE, or PP

3. Sheath: PVC, TPE, PUR

4. Shield: if needing shield, tinned copper wire braid or aluminum foil mylar

1. Coiled spiral cable is usually with multicore,2 core, 3core, 4 core, 5 core, 6 core, 7 core, 8 core, 9 core, 10 core,......15core.

2. Size of section are: from 0.1mm2, 0.15mm, 0.25mm2, 0.50mm, 0.75mm ,1.0mm, 1.5mm2,2.5mm2 , 4.0mm2 ,6.0mm

3. AWG size: 28awg, 26awg, 24awg , 22awg , 20awg, 18awg,16awg,14awg,12awg
